Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies designed to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and oversee the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility, acquiring new customers, and driving sales. This includes digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and promotions.
Branding Management:
- Enhance the brand’s presence across various social media platforms.
- Develop and implement effective brand strategies to maintain a consistent identity and positive positioning, differentiating the brand in the marketplace.
- Monitor brand performance continuously and collaborate with various departments to ensure the brand remains relevant, competitive, and aligned with the company's goals.
Market Research & Analytics:
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover opportunities for promotion and business growth. Leverage data and insights to craft targeted marketing campaigns that engage different player segments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Monitor expenditures and optimize marketing spend to achieve desired business outcomes.
Team Leadership:

Minimum Requirements:

Languages:
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- 7-8 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within a related industry.
- Proven success in managing and leading marketing teams with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
Technical Skills:
- Budgeting Software: Proficient in using budgeting and financial software, such as Microsoft Excel or specialized tools, for drafting proposals and preparing budgets.
- Analytical Tools: Strong command of social media management platforms and Google Analytics.
