Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating ROI and KPIs.
  • Analyze key metrics affecting website traffic, service quotas, and target audience engagement.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with advertising and media experts to enhance marketing results.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on data-driven findings.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Based in the Philippines.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and digital ad campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Proficiency with website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush).
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

  • Highly creative with a track record of identifying target audiences and crafting engaging, informative, and motivating digital campaigns.
  • Proficient in building, executing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns.
  • Skilled in managing processes and delivering results.
  • Self-motivated with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Familiar with SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, website management, and digital advertising.
