Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Create, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating ROI and KPIs.
- Analyze key metrics affecting website traffic, service quotas, and target audience engagement.
- Coordinate and negotiate with advertising and media experts to enhance marketing results.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on data-driven findings.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Based in the Philippines.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and digital ad campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Proficiency with website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush).
- Highly creative with excellent analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
